Wall mount mailboxes are another one of the most common types of residential mailboxes. Often your mailbox is the first thing people see when they arrive at your home. For homes that receive walk-up mail, it is important to have a decorative mailbox that shows the outward look that you want your home to represent. There are many design material options available for these mailboxes, including stainless steel, cast aluminum, and solid brass. Depending upon your selected material, you may also have your mailbox finished with different types of coatings, including, copper, antique copper, brass, bronze, pewter black, or satin nickel.
A decorative column mount mailbox is a beautiful addition to your curb appeal. Column mount mailboxes are designed to be installed into stucco, brick, or as a stand-alone column mailbox. Many column mount mailboxes come with a locking mailbox option and have front access or rear access for retrieving your mail.

As a tenant administrator, if one of your users runs out of storage space in their Exchange Online mailbox, and they want to increase its size, you'll have to assign a different subscription license to them. This is because the size of an Exchange Online mailbox is determined by the subscription license that's associated with it. For more information about the mailbox size for different types of licenses, see Mailbox Storage Limits.
To increase a specific user's mailbox size, select the button below to launch a diagnostic in the Microsoft 365 admin center. The diagnostic will guide you through the process of assigning a different subscription license to the user.
You might have a requirement to limit the size of a specific mailbox (also known as assigning a quota) even if the user's license allows a larger size. For example, if a user is licensed for a mailbox that's 50 gigabytes (GB), you might have to assign a quota of 20 GB to that mailbox.
In this cmdlet, the placeholder represents a mailbox user's UPN, email address, or GUID, and the placeholder represents a number in megabytes (MB), kilobytes (KB), or gigabytes (GB) for the custom size or quota that you want to use.
For example, to set the values for the ProhibitSend, ProhibitSendReceive, and IssueWarningQuota parameters to 19 GB, 20 GB, and 18 GB, respectively, for a mailbox, the syntax of the cmdlet will be as follows:
You don't need to assign licenses to resource mailboxes, room mailboxes, and shared mailboxes, except when they are over their storage quota of 50 gigabytes (GB). For more about non-user mailboxes, see the following articles:

However, if on-premises mailboxes exist, then hybrid deployment is required.2 For more information, see Exchange Online limits. Exchange Online Archiving for Exchange Online add-on adds auto-expanding archiving and In-Place Hold and Litigation Hold.3 Includes GCC, GCC-High, and DoD plans for US Government.
Administrators can't adjust the storage quota. The archiving feature (called auto-expanding archiving) provides additional storage space in archive mailboxes, up to a maximum of 1.5 TB. Each Exchange Online Archiving subscriber initially receives 100 GB of storage in the archive mailbox. When auto-expanding archiving is turned on, additional storage space is automatically added when the 100 GB storage capacity is reached. In Exchange hybrid deployments, auto-expanding archiving is only supported for cloud-based archive mailboxes when the on-premises user's mailbox resides on Exchange Server 2019, Exchange Server 2016, or Exchange Server 2013 SP1 and later.
Auto-expanding archive is only supported for mailboxes used for individual users or shared mailboxes with a growth rate that does not exceed 1 GB per day. Using journaling, transport rules, or auto-forwarding rules to copy messages to Exchange Online Archiving for the purposes of archiving is not permitted. A user's archive mailbox is intended for just that user. Microsoft reserves the right to deny archiving in instances where a user's archive mailbox is used to store archive data for other users or in other cases of inappropriate use.
